Here at the base of South Mountain, we embrace the unique spirit of South Phoenix. We look forward to being a neighborhood of families who share pride in our beautiful community, lend a helping hand, and together build a stronger, safer environment for us all.

Avance Community Neighborhood Alliance (ACNA) was formed by residents in 2023, originally as Avance Community Block Watch. The goal of the ACNA is to get to know our neighbors, to promote a sense of community and belonging, help organize neighborhood activities and events, identify and report criminal activity to appropriate authorities, warmly welcome new residents to the community, and to hold each other accountable.

Our hope is that a strong block watch will make our community a safer and more enjoyable place to live! Of course, none of this is possible without YOU! Your involvement is key to a successful ACNA.
